Nicht den Halt verlieren – Multimodale Therapie bei Sturzgefährdung

Stürze im Alter können die Selbstständigkeit erheblich einschränken. Neben körperlichen Verletzungen spielen dabei auch psychische Faktoren wie Angst eine zentrale Rolle. Die Gründe für solche Unfälle reichen von chronischen Erkrankungen über kognitive und psychische Einschränkungen bis hin zu häuslichen Stolperfallen. Renata Horst und Daniel Völker zeigen, wie alltagsrelevantes Training alle für die Balance wichtigen Systeme stimuliert, die Selbstwirksamkeit steigert und die Lebensqualität erhöht.
